Inspira Global LLC is an LLC formed in Florida, United States, and operates Steadivio as its brand and product. Business and notice address: 407 Lincoln Rd, Ste 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.

Steadivio provides a contractor-controlled workspace to maintain a reusable company profile, add buyer-specific packet context, build dated packets from information the contractor provides, publish a packet, and share or revoke its link with commercial buyers.

Folders and PDFs remain files and manual versions. Buyer platforms remain the buyer’s process. Steadivio does not replace or integrate with buyer portals, Procore, BuildingConnected, COMPASS, estimating, bidding, or project-management systems.

Packet information is provided by the contractor. Steadivio does not independently verify insurance, licenses, bonding, certifications, or qualification.

Supporting links are optional external URLs entered manually by the contractor. Steadivio does not crawl, import, store, or verify them; a link appears publicly only when the contractor includes it in that packet.

Steadivio does not guarantee prequalification, bids, contracts, or results.

The subscription price is $49 USD/month recurring, billed in USD. A card is required for the seven-day free trial. Billing is handled through hosted checkout and the customer portal. Cancel through the Billing/customer portal before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or manage the active subscription after signing in to your Steadivio account. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

For support or a refund request, use the Support / Contact page. To request a refund, use Support / Contact and include the account email and the relevant billing context. This is a request channel; it does not state a refund right or promise an outcome.

To request account and data deletion, use Support / Contact and clearly say that you are requesting account/data deletion. This is a contact procedure, not an automatic deletion flow.
