Steadivio provides an account and workspace for a contractor to maintain a profile, build packets from information the contractor provides, publish a packet, and share its link with commercial buyers.

Packet information is provided by the contractor. Steadivio does not independently verify insurance, licenses, bonding, certifications, or qualification.

Steadivio does not guarantee prequalification, bids, contracts, or results.

The subscription price is $129/month recurring. Billing is handled through hosted checkout and the customer portal. Cancel through Billing/customer portal after signing in to your Steadivio account.

For support or a refund request, use the Support / Contact page. To request a refund, use Support / Contact and include the account email and the relevant billing context. This is a request channel; it does not state a refund right or promise an outcome.

To request account and data deletion, use Support / Contact and clearly say that you are requesting account/data deletion. This is a contact procedure, not an automatic deletion flow.
